Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Essential Picks purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
